• Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers collected automatically when you visit our platform.
• Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan or use monetization features, payment details are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.

• Process transactions and manage your account.
• Generate analytics and engagement insights for creators.
• Power gamification features including streaks, points, and leaderboards.
• Send important service updates and, with your consent, marketing communications.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following circumstances:

• With creators: Visitors' engagement data (page views, streak counts, leaderboard position) is visible to the creator whose page they visit. We do not share visitor email addresses or personal details with creators unless the visitor explicitly provides them.
• Service providers: We work with trusted third parties (hosting, analytics, payment processing) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure database storage, and regular security reviews. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

LinkStreaks uses essential browser storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you allow it. It helps us measure visits, account creation, creator workspace creation, profile interactions, checkout starts, and confirmed purchases. Purchase events include the amount, currency, and a transaction identifier to avoid counting a payment twice. We do not send account names, email addresses, authentication tokens, or card details in these events. Creator activity is measured separately from fan activity.

We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. You can decline optional analytics and keep using the site, or withdraw your choice below. Turning analytics off removes Google Analytics cookies from this browser. Essential service activity, including points and purchase records, remains necessary to provide the features you use.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
