By creating an account or using LinkStreaks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including creators and visitors.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use LinkStreaks. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

You agree not to use LinkStreaks to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful content.
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing links.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from LinkStreaks without authorization.
• Manipulate engagement metrics, streaks, or leaderboard rankings through automated or fraudulent means.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the content you post on LinkStreaks. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content as part of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. Do not post content you do not have the right to share or that infringes on others' intellectual property.

LinkStreaks offers gamification features including streaks, points, and unlockable content. These features are provided for engagement purposes and:

• Points and streaks have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We may adjust the points system, rewards structure, or leaderboard mechanics at any time.
• Attempting to game or manipulate engagement metrics may result in account suspension.

Some LinkStreaks features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have billing concerns.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

The LinkStreaks name, logo, design, and software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our platform without permission. These terms do not grant you any rights to our branding or technology.

LinkStreaks is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkStreaks and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends, though certain provisions (such as limitation of liability) survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a platform notice. Your continued use of LinkStreaks after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
